1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CDR Experts ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

CDR Experts provides professional CDR (Competency Demonstration Report) writing and consulting services for engineers seeking Engineers Australia skills assessment. Our services include:

• Full CDR writing (Career Episodes, Summary Statement, CPD)
• Individual CDR component writing
• CDR review and improvement
• RPL and ACS skills assessment reports
• ANZSCO code guidance and consultation
• AI-powered resume analysis

3. Client Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your engineering background and experience
• Supply all required documents and information in a timely manner
• Review drafts and provide feedback within the agreed timeframe
• Use the completed CDR only for your own Engineers Australia application
• Not share or distribute the CDR content to third parties

4. Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final documents. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

5. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines begin from the date we receive all required information and documents from you. Standard delivery is 20 business days, Professional is 15 business days, and Premium is 10 business days. Rush delivery may be available at additional cost.

6. Revisions Policy

Standard packages include 3 free revisions. Professional and Premium packages include unlimited revisions within 30 days of final delivery. Revisions must be requested within the specified period and must be based on the original brief.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. Your personal information and CDR content will not be shared with third parties except as required to deliver our services or as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the copyright to the CDR content we create for you. CDR Experts retains the right to use anonymised, non-identifiable content for training and quality improvement purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the highest quality, CDR Experts cannot guarantee a specific outcome from Engineers Australia's assessment process, as the final decision rests with EA. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
