3. Partial Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a partial refund in the following circumstances:
- You cancel after work has commenced but before the first draft is delivered (50% refund)
- You cancel after the first draft is delivered but before revisions (25% refund)
- Significant delays caused by our team that you have not approved
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- You provided inaccurate or misleading information about your engineering background
- Your CDR was rejected due to reasons unrelated to our writing quality (e.g., wrong ANZSCO code you selected, incomplete documents you submitted)
- You have approved the final delivery and the revision period has expired
- Cancellation after all revisions have been completed
- Change of mind after work has been completed
5. CDR Rejection Guarantee Process
If your CDR is rejected by Engineers Australia and you believe it is due to our writing quality:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving the rejection
- Provide the official rejection letter from Engineers Australia
- Our quality team will review the rejection reasons
- If the rejection is attributable to our writing, we will offer a free rewrite or full refund
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
